Japanese people shold have more smiles on the street. Japanese people usually walk on the street with a difficult face. I don't know and understand why this is. I think if a person walks with a smile, another person who sees him or her has a smile. And if everyone has a smile outside, the city becomes comfortable to live and people feel good feelings.
